Assess patients’ or clients’ condition by performing nursing assessment base on standards and acceptable best practices to identity and prioritize patient or client needs to ensure they received appropriate treatment plan(s)
Record and maintain accurate documentation of patient’spertinent health information in HIS such as vital signs, chief complaint and brief medical history based on the patient’s immediate condition or needs.
Perform a full range of nursing assessments, clinical procedures and interventions including Triage for Urgent Care patients to achieved treatment goals and prioritize patient with urgent needs.
Undertake to deliver in a timely way interventions to assess health needs, provide care, and advice and support people to start to manage some aspects of their own health.
Provide any necessary professional Nursing assistance as required by the Physicians in pursuing direct patient medical care in their Out-Patient Clinics.
Evaluate the quality and appropriateness of care, by using situational analysis and review of care plans and all forms of clinical documentation to ensure accurate and effective treatment goals of the patients.
Coordinate effectively and professionally all nursing services with other health care disciplines and work as member of a multidisciplinary healthcare professionals including physicians and allied healthcare practitioner to achieve the best possible treatment plan for the patients.
Assist all patients, family members, physicians, visitors, and employees in a highly professional manner to provide quality service without restrictions within the boundary of nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
Demonstrate detailed knowledge of Safety Policies and Procedures and promote in others as well as self and maintain high standards of professional conduct and practice.
Perform inventory of medical supplies, medications, consumables, and instruments for care to ensure appropriate stocks, and preparedness of the department in performing necessary clinical task on day-to-day basis.
Monitor, record, and maintain medical machines optimal working condition and report any issues, breakdown and/or malfunction immediately to head nurse or appropriate responsible department to ensure safety in providing clinical services to patients.
Maintain confidentiality regarding patient health information to ensure privacy and respect.
Assist in the development, review and update of standards, measures and indicators for clinical practice, led by the Head Nurse with the support of Medical Manager and Management to achieve and implement quality improvements within the department
Comply with the Policies and Procedures of the company (HR-Admin, Medical Manager, Department) and that of the State (Ministry policies, protocols, laws, rules, and regulations)
Carry out any additional but reasonably related duties, functions, instructions, and appointments as advised by the Head of Department being reported to.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (Min 3 years) in Nursing
3 years experience as Nurse working in Healthcare Facility
