الوصف الوظيفي - Strategic and tactical responsibility for implementing quality and strategic operational goals to exceed customer expectations for service quality, cost and delivery, optimizing service quality levels and supporting operational excellence. - Establish quality and reliability standards by studying industry benchmarks and the requirements of customers and research/design and development, and define the metrics required to assess performance against standards required - Ensure that the functions operate in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff, customers, visitors and any other organizational and ethical requirements. - Prepare the annual Quality & Technical team budget and forecast all financial expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards to completion of projects. - Developing internal auditing tools to conduct internal audits and reports. المهارات Qualifications (e.g., Education) Bachelor’s degree Work Experience (e.g., Number of years and field / role) Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
