Engineer – Proposals & Supply chain
A Qatar based Oil and Gas Services company with an excellent work environment needs self- motivated , energetic, ambitious, hardworking personnel for the following position
Education & Certification:
• Graduate in any Engineering field is a MUST.
Responsibilities:
• Review RFQ / Tenders and coordinate with OEM and avail Quotation. • Have good knowledge on how to submit quotes to customers. • Working knowledge of preparing Purchase Orders and processing PO’s to OEM. • Expedite and arrange shipment for delivery. • Sort out the discrepancies with regards to invoicing, if any. • Must be willing to attend Trainings / Seminars / Meetings.
Skills & Competencies :
• Good communication skills (Verbal & Written) and very good interpersonal skills. • Good in analysis, confident and willing to learn & excel. • Good spoken and written English is a must. • Work experience with companies dealing with Engineering products & services preferred. • Must be under family sponsorship with QID.
Experience:
