As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of menu items that meet customers’ expectations, whilst supervising junior members of the Kitchen. You will prepare in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service and provide direction to the Kitchen staff.
Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a hotel kitchen environment including supervisory roles • Luxury and lifestyle experience is preferred • Pre-Opening experience is an advantage
