الوصف الوظيفي Key Accountabilities & Duties Undertake and perform a full range of nursing assessments including (following a period of additional specific training) if required Triage for Urgent Care patients at the front door of the Health Center. Undertake both standard and specialty risk assessment (following a period of further specific training) in some Clinic areas such as Ante Natal Clinic and NCD. Clinics. Undertake to deliver in a timely way interventions to assess health needs, provide care, and advice and support people to start to manage some aspects of their own health. Responsible to provide professional, quality evidence based patient care according to agreed PHCC standard. Provide any necessary professional Nursing assistance as required to the Physicians in pursuing direct patient medical care in their Clinics. Coordinate effectively and professionally any of all nursing services with the services of other health care disciplines. Evaluate the quality and appropriateness of care, by using situational analysis and review of care plans and all forms of clinical documentation. Accept organizational accountability for services provided to recipients. Provide guidance for and supervision for trainees and new staff nurses. Demonstrate detailed knowledge of Safety Policies and Procedures. Promote in others as well as self and maintain high standards of professional conduct and practice. Document and Record the nursing services issues contemporaneously. Assist all patients, family members, physicians, visitors and employees in a highly professional manner. Maintain confidentiality regarding patient/employee/facility/corporate information. Assist in the development of standards, measures and indicators for clinical practice, with the support of the Head Nurse or the Corporation Senior Nurse. Comply with (in personal) practice and monitors staff compliance of the adherence to PHCC wide policies and procedures and Nurse specific evidence based guidelines, policies, procedures and standards. Administer immunizations where necessary. Demonstrate proactive approach to patient safety by thinking what might go wrong in all your undertakings and take necessary measures to prevent them from happening. Identify and report potential or actual patient safety concerns, errors and/or near misses in timely manner. Follow patient safety-related policies, procedures and protocols. Demonstrate as sense of team work and effective communication. Partner with line manager to understand risks in your area of work, develop a plan on how to mitigate those risks, and develop shared accountability for implementing and evaluating the plan. Understand patient safety and ensure it is part of the care delivery. Encourage patients to actively participate in their own care process The incumbent will undertake any such appropriate duties or responsibilities as directed. Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information. Professional/Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent Certification, license or training Requirements Certificate of CPR course. DHP license to practice as a Staff Nurse Experience & Knowledge Experience in primary health care delivery. Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing المهارات Strong Organizational and Interpersonal skillsGood oral and written communication skills in English.
