Attain monthly set targets as agreed with management.
Promptly attend all customer enquiries and proper follow-up.
Explain all warranties and services schedules to delivering customers.
Follow up all pending deals, referrals and leads according to Sales timeline.
Prepare registration documents for delivery of new vehicles.
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through personal follow up, courtesy and after sales follow up along with a pleasant disposition, good work ethics and moral and represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Oversee customer satisfaction and problem resolution
Identify large customers and work in the foreground, determining the best solution, proposals, while ensuring customer concurrence throughout the entire process
Deliver consistent high Customer Service to all the customers
Maintain up to date & accurate database of the customers
Plan in advance day to day sales activities (Visits, Phone calls, emails, etc)
Maintain & submit daily activity reports to the Fleet Sales Manager on a daily basis
المهارات
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
5+ years experience in Fleet sales or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Proven supervisory skills & experience in assisting in the management of location staff
High market and product awareness
Proven selling, negotiating, convincing and problem solving skills
High level of customer focus
