المهارات
At least 4 years of experience in the retail industry or similar industry
At least 1 years of experience in a Managerial role
Excellent people skills, ability to motivate and teach leaders to succeed
Experience drafting manuals and setting operational standards
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Visual merchandising background
Ability to work with leaders to maintain consistency across all stores
Excellent math and bookkeeping skills
Analytical, reporting skills and business, commercial awareness
Inter-personal communication skills
Stock and Inventory management
