As a Retail Client Advisor, you will act as a Brand Ambassador to provide best in class customer Experience and focus on the Digital Way to provide a smart lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
enhance customer experience through consultative selling practices
Educate and Manage customer issues and deep dive to understand the root cause
Manage, lead and execute product demos during the Sales Process and Identify opportunities for cross and upsell
Troubleshoot device software and hardware either by opening service requests, scheduling technical appointments or to Liaise with Technical Support teams
Ensure customer retention through follow ups and provide suggestions to the Store Manager on ways to improve customer experience
Meet and Exceed Individual Sales Targets and NPS, TNPS & Digital Experience KPIs
المهارات
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma a must
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail, IT, Digital, Consumer Electronics or Telecommunications industries
Technology & Digital Savvy and up to date in Digital trends (Ex: IOT, Block Chain, Cloud services or Ecommerce)
Willing to work in Retail Shifts
Transferable Visa Sponsorship
Based in Qatar
