الوصف الوظيفي Planning & Direction ▪ Proposes, implement, and periodically reports on General Collection Development Plan, KPIs, and other strategic documents for its Section ▪ Works closely with heads of other Sections ▪ Drafts and proposes relevant policies and procedures ▪ Works with direct reports to identify and establish medium to short term strategic priorities and targets, in line with GC’s policies and guidelines and ensures their successful execution ▪ Creates, monitors, and supervises carrier development plans, internship opportunities, training, and mentorships for direct reports ▪ Implements, coordinates, and supports all Division collections CMS developments ▪ Creates annual training and mentoring strategies in regards to CMS ▪ monitors and implements unification and standardization of collection documentation across all Division collections ▪ Drafts, proposes, justifies, and plans all budget and purchase related activities for its Section in cooperation with the Operations Section. 2. Duties / Responsibilities s ▪ Approves all works and activities to be carried in the Collections Documentation Support Section ▪ Supervises, and mentors’ staff, directing the activities of the teams under her/his supervision to fulfill the Section’s strategic objectives ▪ Manages team to provides manuals and training plans for the staff oof Company .Authority Job Description This job description is not an exhaustive list of accountabilities and activities. Stakeholder Relations ▪ Works directly with other heads in Clients to speed up processes and increase efficiency ▪ Manages relations with internal and external institutions in the field of museum collection documentation ▪ Attends conferences, meetings, and seminars to remain abreast of industry trends and the latest development ▪ Collaborates internally with other Clients departments to understand and assess their collection documentation needs 5.
