Procurement Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
Procurement Engineer with minimum 5 years Roads and Infrastructure experience (Prefered Ashghal Projects) with strong knowledge and database of local and international Suppliers and Sucontractors who will be responsible for complete procurement cycle including but not limited to the following:

المهارات
- Receiving MR/SR from site team

- Seggregation of Tender/Contract Documents to prepare different RFQ packages

- Float RFQs into Market seeking Suppliers and Subcontractors QTNs

- Receiving Quotations and Preparing CS

- Communicating with Suppliers and SC for negotiation to get best prices and better terms&conditions;- Preparation and Issuance of LPOs, Draft SC and Suppliers Agreements

- Liaise with Accounts and Other Department to follow up on the released Orders

- Liaise with selected Suppliers and Subcontractors for submission of Material Submittals and SC Approvals to the Clients
