Job Summary
The The job holder shall be responsible to oversee the team of health analytics and reporting to manage the process and people responsible for accurate data, processing, modelling, reporting and analysis; Provide insights on data sets and convert them into strategic opportunities for the organization; Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for analytics.
Participate in developing and maintaining data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics to support department goals and objectives.
Work with internal stakeholders to develop strategies for leveraging data to gain a deeper insight into the organizations Health intelligence and value-based healthcare policies.
Ensure rigorous adherence to data management policies regarding protection and data security.
Oversee data expiry practices and establish processes for data archival and expiry.
Develop guidelines for data collection and determine the sample size for the research studies.
Manage and develop computer data file structure, programs, and maintain complex statistical databases.
Develop the implementations and monitoring of the performance monitoring plans and systems for gathering, reporting, and analysing performance data for impact and sustainability of project implementation
Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in cross functional departments.
Generate ideas for research and development work within the team and implement improvements to processes within the department.
Train, develop and supervise staff with technical skills, including software training and advanced methods.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of data and deliverables with comprehensive policies and processes.
Draw conclusions and make recommendations from the various sources of data and information available.
Work with a team of reporting and analytics to prepare and distribute reports and also provide ad-hoc analysis as required by the stakeholders.
Ensure reports and dashboards are up-to-data, accessible, and delivered to stakeholders when needed.
Lead the team for preparation and review of these reports to ensure full compliance to the standards.
Perform other duties as requested to meet ongoing organizational needs.
المهارات
Essential Education:
Bachelor’s degree in health economics, health informatics or a related field
Note: The job holder could be considered if the below requirements are met:
Bachelors in econometrics, economics, statistics, business economics, data management, IT with minimum 8 years of experience in the healthcare setting.
Essential Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant health economics, strategic, analytical and management experience preferred.
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Experience and comfortable interpreting and working with large amounts of data.
Language Skills:
Advanced level in English, Arabic preferred
Computer Skills:
Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Statistical tools such as STRATA, SPSS, SAS and business intelligence (Power BI) tools
