Increase farm production through agricultural engineering methods.

Implement agricultural engineer programs to improvise quality standards in agricultural products.

Design and develop farming machines, implements and equipment like conveyors and drag chains.

Counsel and educate farmers and agriculturalists on latest farming issues and techniques.

Plan, develop and initiate fertilization programs and harvesting cycles.

Develop and manage irrigation processes and issues.

Conduct research on latest trends in agricultural engineering and farming aspects.

Interact and coordinate with farming professionals, agronomists, agricultural technicians and farmers.

Interact with agricultural vendors, clients and government organizations.

Ensure compliance of all agricultural laws and guidelines.

المهارات
Must have excellent communication skills

Possession of good interpersonal skills is a must

A high level of knowledge pertaining to the installation, use, and repair of agricultural equipment

Must be able to work as part of a team or to lead a team if the need arises

Must be someone that pays keen attention to details

Must have excellent coordination and organizational abilities

Ability to solve complex problems

Must display flexibility while carrying out duties

Must have good time management skills

Must have in-depth knowledge of general agricultural procedures

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering

3 years of experience in a similar position
