The Store Operations Officer will be responsible support the store back of house operations (Inventory, Content Management, IT, Property, Operations, Customers Care, Digital Channels...) effectively and efficiently. Acts as a point of contact to liaise with the internal teams.
Key Accountabilities…
Responsible for all aspect of store inventory management that includes receiving and handling stock orders from warehouse, insuring quality of products received and reporting any discrepancies
Ensure all the products/devices/equipment are working and fully operational, raising any concerns to the concerned team
Support the store team to prepare for any activities or events inside the store.
Strong attention to detail and the passion to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Be creative and put forward visual ideas and suggestions
Demonstrate awareness of current advertising, marketing campaigns and new product launches. Coordinate with Marketing Team to ensure all Digital contents are updated in a timely manner.
Ensure the store is presented in an elevated and luxury way by being detail orientated and understanding the client experience needs

Apply if you have…
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Similar Role within Telecom, Luxury retail or fast-paced industries
Telecommunications Experience OR Knowledge in Digital Awareness/ Devices/ Social Media domains
Highly organized and structured in approach
High attention to detail in a dynamic environment
