We are retained by our client, to assist them in recruiting CONTACT CENTER AGENTS JD Provide excellent service to customers through telephone, ensuring that customer satisfaction is optimized in every interaction. Your responsibilities will include making new reservations and changes to existing reservations, quoting the correct fares, rules of carriage, issuance/ re-issuance of tickets, and processing of refunds. In addition, you will support E-commerce and Frequent Flyer Program activities. 6 months contract outsourced through People Dynamics (possible extension, depending upon performance and project scope) QAR 5,000 monthly fixed income – no other allowances provided Initial 2-4 weeks paid training provided by the company · Must be on Family sponsorship or Freelance Visa ONLY (NO FAMILY VISIT OR VISA TRANSFER) · Excellent communication skills · Can join immediately; we cannot consider applicants with one week notice period or more · FULLY VACCINATED (If you are not vaccinated, you will be required to submit antigen test every week until you have your first dose of COVID Vaccine) Amenable to work on rotational shifts 8.5 hours per day / 5 Days a week / 2 days off (Off days are not always Friday & Saturday; it’s also rotational) This is not negotiable.
