الوصف الوظيفي Our client in Qatar is looking to hire SAP HCM Trainer/Analyst Requirements: Minimum Requirements: ▪ 3-5 years of experience in SAP HCM Consultant ▪ Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Computer Science from an accredited university ▪ Minimum experience with 3 support projects and handled End user Training and support activities on E – Recruitment and LSO ▪ Experience in testing support pack and enhancement pack for HCM (PA, OM, HCM Forms and process, LSO, and E-recruiting) modules. ▪ Expertise in ASAP methodology and analyzing “AS IS” and “TO BE” status of the client and suggesting the solutions best suited for the implementation and up gradation. ▪ Expertise in business process analysis, blue printing, configuring, customizing, and go live support for Personnel Administration (PA), Organization Management (OM), Time Management, HCM (Webdynpro) Forms, E -Recruitment, ESS, MSS, and LSO.
