Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code • Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming • Maintain a high level of professionalism in communication, coordination, providing work leadership, training, and other high-level interactions • Ability to work in a highly visible role, dealing extensively with the management team and decision- makers in external organizations • Ability to communicate technical and business problems in a non-technical manner • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic and high-pressure environment • Proven ability to deliver tasks on time and adherence to deadlines • Proficiency with MS Office applications • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior managers • Proven ability to apply clear critical thinking in complex, stressful situations • Ability to operate under pressure, successfully handle multiple competing priorities. • Ability to learn and quickly familiarize with complex business and systems environments. • Ability to work independently, as well as in teams. المهارات Requirements • 10+ years of applied experience working on large scale projects • 8-10 years of knowledge and hands-on experience of OpenText Process Suite, Cordys modules, and features. • Certifications and Accreditations that support the area of expertise • IT industry standards and frameworks certificates such as ITIL,COBIT, TOGAF, CISSP • Fluency in English, written and oral • Must be able to build Workflows, Case Management, Forms, Reports and Ws Apps implementations. • Must be fluent in Integrating external systems using OpenText Process Suite • Fluent in MS SQL Server development. • Must be able to develop workflows on Entity Modelling and Process Modelling in OpenText Process Suite • Good hands on Java programming language, XML, XSD and XSLT and SOAP web services • Expert in JavaScript, CSS 3, HTML 5 • Experience of integrating Process Suite with other technologies • Should have hands on experience to integrate with Web Service, Email, Database, File Systems using Process Suite. • Experience with Content Server.
