الوصف الوظيفي We are currently looking for a Quality Manager for our infrastructure project in Doha , Qatar The responsibilities of the Quality Manager include the following · Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained. · Shall be responsible for overseeing the implantation and operation of the project quality plans at all levels · Report to PIL’s Senior Quality manager on the performance of the Quality Management System and any need for improvement on the project. · Ensure the promotion of awareness of Employer and Contract requirements throughout the organization. · Conduct quality assurance audits on the Contractor’s operations in accordance with the Programme Management Consultant’s and PIL’s requirements · Provide monthly update for quality performance and improvement on the project and an action plan for enhancement · Keep track of the quality performance KPI and alert the project management on gaps and related corrections · Conduct training for the contractor’s staff and measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the training output · Manage preparation and implementation of Quality Control supervision construction manual Requirements and implementing procedures. · Coordinate with the project team on the review process of submittals and the minimum quality requirements as per project specs and international standards. · Arrange for and chair quality related meetings with Contractors, Subcontractors and Material Suppliers to define the action required for follow-up and issue the meeting minutes. · Conduct internal audits of the QMS elements at least once quarterly, and provide follow up on the implementation of the required corrections and corrective actions. · Conduct external audits on Contractor and sub-contractors and suppliers on a quarterly basis and provide the proposed schedule as per QCS and project specification requirements · Conduct Management Review Meetings at least once every year showing the performance of the QMS on the project to the management leadership · Responsible for verifying the efficiency of the root cause and the corrective actions taken · Perform the required training workshops as a result of audit findings output · Assessing and reporting on identified trends generated by audit findings and non-compliant reports and provide required workshops for improvements · Enforce initiating and sharing of lessons learned · Overlook the project handing over process المهارات Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Quality discipline or related field (or equivalent work experience) and typically 15+ years of related work experience in the field of Quality, including 5+ years experience in management capacity.
