الوصف الوظيفي • Provide marketing activities for the Offshore & Marine operations with the best possible commercial advantage to win new and retain existing business opportunities; • Develop / Evolve & Implement all marketing related initiatives and projects maximizing the added value of such projects and improving their overall outcomes; • Conduct comprehensive business and commercial feasibility analyses and develop new business opportunities and prospects; • Participate in comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, that significantly contribute to the company’s sale and revenue objectives; • Monitoring the marine and non-marine market in the region and globally, releasing reports for Management and preparing presentations for the clients / partners. Availability to travel outside Qatar at any time to develop the business and promote client awareness. • Develop a clear marketing strategy of offshore services and products. Support development of new initiatives, expansion and awareness of the Offshore & Marine service spread. • Keep VP informed of new business opportunities for the Offshore & Marine operations. • Coordinate the response to all complaints received from Offshore clients and provide management with proposals of corrective and preventive actions. • Establish and maintain strong relationship with existing & potential clients through frequent visits and constant communication. • Act as a coach to subordinates, identify their training and career development, recommend training courses and follow-up on their personnel records such as timesheets, discipline, vacations, leaves and absenteeism. • Ensure a timely response to all clients’ enquiries – 1st point of contact. Follow up on long range planning with clients and coordinate legal/contract requirements with our Client legal department. • Build/Maintain a Database of existing clients with all contact / vessel information – likewise for potential clients operating in the region but not as yet using company. • Report unsafe acts / instances requiring discipline to Management without delay. Bring outstanding items / issues to Management notice in a timely manner. • Understanding and following the agreed goals and annual targets for the position. • Develop a comprehensive internally shared knowledge base client a regional activity. المهارات Qualifications Education & Professional Qualification: Marketing related qualification at recognised University level, MBA as advantage Professional Experience: 10 years Markerting Experience with at least 4 years in an Oil and Gas sector Geographic Experience: Qatar Essential. GCC required. International preffered. Computer Skills: M.S. Office & Oracle applications Language Skills: Fluent English and Arabic in speaking and writing.
