Responsible for delivering products and equipment to and from client sites.

Delivers items at hand to different addresses and through different routes

Receives orders from cafe team and/or returns from clients

Collects money, picks-up and delivers invoices, legal documents, and any other urgent documents, as assigned ensuring prompt and safe delivery

Keeps track of the company’s vehicle registration documents and inform related party for renewal before deadline

Ensures that vehicle is appropriately maintained at all times to avoid breakdown and costly repairs

Carries-out regular cleaning of the vehicle internally and externally so that the reputation of the company and the value of the vehicle are maintained

Sets a good example regarding punctuality, hygiene, attendance, attitude and professional appearance to reflect a good image of the company

Respects all of the company’s internal rules, policies and procedures

Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager
