Role purpose:
To Lead initiatives to identify and prevent revenue leakage, reduce cost, increase revenue and minimize loss. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Margin Assurance KPIs Exception Analysis & Reporting (E.g. Telecom OSS/BSS, Mobile Financial Services (MFS) / Cash Reconciliation, Rating & Billing Validations, etc.)
Preparation of Reports (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly). Coordination with other stakeholder teams for issue resolution / clarifications
Support the team in implementation and automation of KPI’s as per MA roadmap and business needs to mitigate potential risks
Coordinate with the offshore team on their activities (SSC/TSSC)
Provide necessary inputs for Monthly Dashboard, audit queries
Support the team / Line Manager in any other assigned tasks and in achieving the target
Perform gap analysis & remediation for various reports and streams in Telecom domain
Strong excel skills, big plus if savvy with Macro and RA tools (system knowledge E.g. WeDo, TCS, Subex, TCG etc)
Root cause analysis and drive resolution cross-functionally within / outside the organization.
Identify and define system/process requirements necessary to control and resolve revenue leakage/opportunities.
المهارات
University degree in Finance/Accounting or other related fields. Technology/IT degree will be added value
5-7 years’ experience in revenue assurance / data base in a telecommunication / solution management company
Ability to multi-task effectively
Excellent, clear verbal and written communication and reporting skills
Advanced PC skills with Microsoft Excel and Access. Working knowledge of data analysis/query tools.
Understanding of Telecom business & Products from Risk Management / Margin Assurance perspective
