الوصف الوظيفي • Demonstrating strong customer complaint resolution approaches; • Providing general Barista, and other food and beverage services to customers; • Leading daily food service operations, ensuring that staff comply with Food Handling and Work Health and Safety requirements. Ensuring continuous service delivery by supporting in the management of rostering arrangements within salary and wage budgets; • Ongoing assistance in the development of the cafe menu and associated costing structures for the café operation; • Ensuring full compliance with safety, presentation, hygiene and cleanliness within the café environment (including equipment, food preparation and dining areas) to ensure all are thoroughly maintained; • Achieving a zero harm workplace, addressing hazards and risks on a timely basis • Supporting in managing stock levels, including ordering, delivery/receiving activities, stock rotation, storage and stocktake completion to ensure continuous availability of menu items and to limit food wastage; • Preparing, presenting and cooking food, including maintaining food displays as required; المهارات • Demonstrated experience in fast passed customer service environments; • High level of technical skill in coffee preparation and a good understanding of the coffee industry; • A strong personal commitment to excellent customer service; • Strong knowledge of Work Health and Safety, Food Handling and Hygiene requirements and guidelines; • An ability to maintain operating standards and a calm demeanour/approach to effective workflow management during high volume/busy service periods while setting a positive example for the team; تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/head-barist-4439056/ |
