الوصف الوظيفي · Candidate should possess a Graduate Degree in Accounting · Candidates should possess any one of the professional certificates like CA / ACCA (UK) / CPA (US) or Post Graduation like MBA (Finance) / M.com Experience · Twelve or more years of Accounts Payable & General Ledger accounting experience · Three or more years of accounting experience in Qatar · Three or more years of accounting experience in Hospital / Healthcare · Proven experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable Oracle EBS environment · Proven experience of closing of books of accounts in General Ledger Oracle EBS · Experience in working with internationally accepted accounting principles Accounts Payable Job Responsibilities: · Handling Routine Payable work thereby ensure the smooth running of the AP section · Ensure booking of all external invoices and internal expense claims reimbursement · Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies, on accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to corporation’s guidelines · Responsible for the month end closing process of Accounts Payable Ledger · Performing the reconciliation of Payable Ledgers with Supplier Statement · Maintain excellent working relationship with external supplier and internal client · Ad-hoc duties to support the business المهارات · Sound knowledge in working with personal computer, business solution software and ERP · Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook · Strong interpersonal skills and Good communication skills · High Level of analytical and problem-solving skills · Adequate presentation skills for educating clients on procedures to be followed · Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/senior-accounting-specialist-bilingual-arabic-english-4435463/ |
