The position is responsible for day-to-day operational activity which include monitor, installation, and configuration and troubleshooting of Routers, switches, firewalls, Wireless, VPNs, NAC, WAF, DLP, EDR, FIM Load balancers in a multi-vendor environment.
The position adheres to ITIL standards following Incident, change and problem management, policies and procedures and knowledge on information security best practices
Analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
Should have good understanding of NOC Environment and have worked under pressure situation.
Perform network inventory/diagrams, review, update, and maintain documentation
المهارات
· Strong Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting routing, switching, Load balancer and security fault analysis and application layer protocols in network infrastructure.
Should have excellent experience in Cisco / Juniper Network infrastructure
Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
Thorough understanding of concepts which include Security: Cisco Catalyst FWSM, Cisco ASA 55xx, Cisco FTDs, IPSec VPN,Anyconnect ACS, TACACS+, Radius,NAT,Access list ,SSL
LAN/WAN: TCP/IP, CDP, Cisco Routers, Bgp, MPLS, Switching, ACL’s, NAT, WAN Equipment, Network Troubleshooting Tools.
Cisco Catalyst 3750/ 3650 / 2960 / 4000 / 6500 series switches, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.1q, ISL, EtherChannel,VLAN, STP, SNMP,HSRP,vrf,prefix list.
Basic understanding with leading Load balancer platforms (F5 with LTM, APM and ASM). Strong understanding of the different load balancing options & features to include One Connect, Persistences, SSL offload functions, HTTP profiles, etc.
Familiar the Information Security Team work environments to support the Management of Security devices like F5 Load balancers ASM , Firewall ,IPS/IDP or on Products like (MacAfee/ Source Fire/Bluecoat/ Palo alto/Fire eye)
