At least 3 years of working experience.
Smart home system is a plus.
Should have good written, verbal skills and communication skills.
Excellent time management skills: Ability to prioritize.
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company and motivated to take on additional responsibilities and solve problems.
Self-directed and able to work without supervision

· Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
Responsible for the supervision of all interior works, including labor force, quality control and coordination with clients and management.
Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, construction material requirements and high attention to detail
Manage and review designs in coordination with technical standards and construction procedures
Supervise teams of Carpenters, Masons, Plumbers, Electricians and Low Voltage Technicians
Good understanding of project control with respect to Quality and Time management
Honest, discipline, self-motivated and hardworking
Willing to take up additional roles and responsibilities as and when required
Proactive in ensuring the accomplishment of organizational goals & objectives
· Preferably with driving license. Vehicle will be provided.
