Job Summary
Responsible (with the other members of the Client Support Team) for first line account management of clients and for assisting the client support team in developing and maintaining efficient systems to deal with client queries and support; for referring issues and potential sales opportunities where relevant; and for following through on issue resolution in the client team.
Job Responsibilities 1
Assisting the Client Support Manager in developing efficient systems to support the work of the Client Support Team.
responsible for new business, for renewals and up-grades of existing clients and for dealing with more complex client requirements and complex queries/issue resolution one of whom is specifically designated as being responsible for complex clients
Deal with client and partner queries promptly and professionally, (telephone, email, letter or other)
Keeping up regular contact with clients and look for opportunities to delivering added value to client relationships.
Attending external meetings with clients or conferences from time to time (though the role is primarily office based).
Job Knowledge & Skills
High School or Under graduate with relevant exposure to service industry.
* Aware and get involved in achievement of CTC integrated Management system objectives and targets.
* Understand the importance of conformance to the CTC QHSE Policy and IMS procedures.
* Participate actively to achieve Quality objectives related to his work activities
* Participate actively to control/monitor the management system Risks associated to his work activities.
* Aware of the Customer Requirements (where relevant)
* Aware of the Significant Environmental Aspects and Occupational Hazards/ risk and participate actively to control it.
* Aware of Potential or actual Consequences of their work activities and deviation from specified Operating Procedures.
* Emergency Preparedness & Response.
* Participate actively to maintain in continual improvement CTC integrated management system.
Job Experience
Must have 5 years of experience and 1 year experience in similar position along with GCC experience.
