Engage potential clients to manage sales from lead generation to closure.
Acquiring new clients and maintaining them.
Leading by example by showing initiative through calling clients and closing deals on your own.
Generate technical sales presentations, RFPs, RFQs, tenders and follow up on potential orders.
Participate in reviewing inquiries / RFPs from clients and developing technical proposals for preparing RFP.
Assisting in after-sales support to ensure satisfactory completion of company’s contract terms.
Set project timeline.
Strictly abides by the departmental policies and follows instructions and procedures to ensure compliance.
Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Makes ongoing field visits to the area in order to find opportunities for sales, gathering market and customer information.
Updates Consultant’s Visit Report on a weekly basis.
Develops and maintains good working relationships with company’s stakeholders.
Assist in development and execution of sales strategies.
Appropriate Qatar’s market knowledge.
Ability to handle small to medium scale projects.
Holding responsibility for an annual revenue target.
To provide guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems, or process related matters.
To estimate the quantifiable characteristics of Products / services to help prepare tenders / quotes.
Attend all sales and company meetings.
Visit project sites to analyze and gather information about the location and project.
Identifying customers’ desires and needs through effective and good communication skills.
Manage budget within the financial constraints of the client.
Liaison with installation team at site to install the lighting and electrical systems designed.
Assist sales team to design all material quotations for various projects.
Undertake any other duties assigned by his/her direct manager.
المهارات
Education: Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Electrical Engineering is preferred from a recognized College/University
Experience in luminaries and lighting fixtures products, terminologies, design, maintenance, efficiency and their characteristics in the local and international market.
Understanding of the Sales Cycle and where the sales Engineering team is responsible.
Must excel in competitive situations.
Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Great communication skills.
