الوصف الوظيفي The Senior Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for all QS and contractual matters related to the execution of the construction contract including but not limited to payment certificates, claims, variation orders, etc. Provide assistance to the team during negotiations, arbitration or any other forms of dispute resolution. Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems. Interface with clients, attend regular meetings, and give statistical reports. Understands and applies engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships. Develops and maintains critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing this information. Customizes project control systems to meet specific project requirements. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. المهارات Degree in Quantity Surveying from an accredited internationally recognized university and must be qualified and chartered (QS) by a recognized international body such as Chartered Institute of Buildings (CIOB) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or as approved by the Engineer. Must have a minimum of 14 postgraduate years of experience and a minimum of 7 years of similar work experience on large infrastructure projects. Qualified professional who can manage and coordinate specialized activity, discipline or team of moderate size and complexity. Leads in the formulation of advanced technical concepts. Provides specialist services in support of project requirements. Independently performs highly complex professional assignments demanding contributions calling for the application of specialized principles.
