The Role:

The Project Closeout Engineer should have a thorough knowledge of the procedure of hand over and close out process including documentation, equipment, training handing over, etc. The role is required to ensure a seamless hand over.

Follow up on the documentation of closeout.
Define the required handover list.
Facilitate the review of the document submittals.
Attend all handover/closeout team meetings.
Manage coordination between the different stakeholders and analyze time risks and mitigation options when required.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

المهارات
Required Qualification: 4-year degree in engineering. MME registered.

Required Experience: 10+ years of experience in Design and construction of large utilities projects.

Demonstrated Construction experience of utilities projects such as substations, pumping stations and plants.

Proven ability to manage and follow-up the project’s clos-out phase

Proven ability to understand the requirements to test, inspect and handover of the various assets with each resolve interface design, construction, operational conflicts between different stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage coordination between the different stakeholders and analyze time risks and mitigation options

Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.

Knowledge of current technology and its effective use on the project
