Responsible, monitors and supervise for all maintenance activities such Trimming, Cleaning and other maintenance works at the project.
Assign and delegate with supervision the works/tasks to Foremen and Labor on a daily basis.
Supervise and inspect the work assigned to ensure it is being done with utmost quality and productivity.
Organize materials or anything required for the smooth functioning of maintenance activities on the site and ensures the required materials come on time.
Ensure that all the maintenance activities are carried out with extreme safety of workers and the site.
Prepare daily reports for the project manager to inform about progress of the work.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the design and change if necessary
Estimate cost, reliability, and safety
Control the efficiency of processes
Develop pesticide control products and machinery
Develop ways to conserve soil and water
Checking all Landscaping or Irrigation systems are working properly and without any damage.
Following the company’s procedures in performance appraisal for his subordinates.
المهارات
Degree holder of Agriculture
with minimum 3 years Experience in similar role or supervisory role, Gulf country (GCC) experience will be an added advantage
Arabic Speaking will be an added advantage
Broad Knowledge in Landscaping or Irrigation works.
Experience in the same Industry - Agriculture.
Experience as Irrigation Engineer / Supervisor and or Agriculture Engineer / Supervisor will be acceptable.
Qatar Driving License will be an added advantage
