The candidate must be responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of the company. He will assist the Senior Management in the aggressive and successful growth of the company by developing corporate and operational strategies. Also, he will ensure the highest standards are achieved in line with quality assurance policies, legal specifications and Health and Safety Policy. Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company, the candidate must provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The candidate must have an experience working for leading contractor business on infrastructure and highways projects.

He must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects with significant experience in a senior role as well as have a Proficiency in financial management including budget monitoring and control, business modeling, financial reporting and annual accounts. He must have a good knowledge of the GCC market including sub-contractors.

المهارات
· Bachelor degree from a recognized university in Civil Engineering or any equivalent.

· At least 20 years’ experience out of which 8 years at managerial level in a similar field.

· Experience working for leading contractor business on infrastructure and highways projects.

· Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects with significant experience in a senior role.

· Proficiency in financial management including budget monitoring and control, business modeling, financial reporting and annual accounts.

· Effective leadership skills including managing and developing staff and a proactive approach.

· Ability to communicate with peers, sub-contractors and clients.

· Plenty of initiative and goal-oriented keen to work as a team and have the drive to get the things done.

· Ambitious for career development and progression.

· Be the primary contact with Construction Manager for all project matters that arise in the field.

· Ensure that subcontractor’s duties are performed by competent and experienced personnel.

· MMUP Registered Engineer (UPDA) is preferred as an adding value.
