الوصف الوظيفي Senior Coordinator - Sales Support & Customer Service Description Key Roles & Responsibilities • Coordinate the activities of the Sales Support and Customer Service Team and ensure sufficient resources are allocated to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities Sales Support • Provide pricing and quotations to customers in line with agreed pricing structure/guidelines and ensure timely follow up to secure the business • Support the Sales Team in administrative areas such as processing orders, forms and applications, as required • Track transactions and sales activities. Prepare and/ or compile reports such as sales results, weekly sales call plans, post call reports, competitive reports, customer business pattern report, market and competitive analysis, customer performance, etc. • Set up customer accounts though Clients accounts and ensure these are maintained with relevant account information • Ensure customer profiles are created and/or updated to ensure all data is relevant • Book meeting appointments for sales executives or management, when required • Attend sales calls with sales executives on an ad hoc basis to build and nurture relationship and to improve communication with existing and prospective clients Customer Service • Ensure any customer enquiry or concern are properly addressed internally/externally as required. For any complaints received, ensure settlement with support of internal and/or external parties • Ensure all relevant in-house and vendor information is available to handle service enquiries whenever they may occur • Prepare and inform customers of vessel schedules and other product/ service updates • Display in-depth knowledge of our in-house operations as well as external service providers Coordination with Agencies • Circulate/update agency network contact details to all concerned parties. Inform agencies of all important notices and commitments to customers to ensure they are fully aligned on service requirements Others • Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards • Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. المهارات Education & Professional Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in transportation or related education preferred Professional Experience: Minimum 4 years shipping background including customer service/ commercial roles Geographic Experience: Preferred background with a shipping line which has been active in the ISC-Gulf sector Computer Skills: Good knowledge of Office and web applications, ERP Language Skills: Business fluent English Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: Knowledge of the ISC-Gulf liner market as a minimum - preferably South East Asia/ Europe as well تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/senior-coordinator-sales-support-customer-service-4403278/ |
