الوصف الوظيفي • Manage all sales activities with a focus on key accounts and long term client development as well as activities to ensure high levels of customer service • Identify potential contract logistics services that would benefit client companies. • Develop business relationships with potential and existing customers and educate them on the benefits of various logistics solutions. • Provide solutions to client’s logistics and transportation needs.. • Conduct a continuous review of all Value Added Services for profitability, customer retention and growth in all activities. • Initiate contractual agreements with customers. • Verify and issue quotations for all logistics services, including liaison with Legal for compliance with all relevant local and international Laws and Regulations. • Initiate trading and acquisition of new contracts and business in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals Sector and the Heavy Equipment & Manpower supply sector. • Participate in various tenders involving manpower and equipment called by Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals Sector Companies in Qatar. • Manage the rental business of Heavy Equipment (Cranes & Forklifts) and specialized manpower, and its deployment • Ensure the full tender is studied in detail so as to ensure Client can abide by all the contractual clauses and participate in the same • Provide input in the Integration of logistics systems, computer systems, and capacity to satisfy customer needs. • Establish systems to maintain customer profiles including contacts, SOP, rates, fees, preferred routing services etc. • Manage the Sales & CRM teams and support in QBRs and service reviews when necessary • Trouble shoot urgent customer requirements and involve Logistics Projects Manager in case of deviation from corresponding SLA’s • Implement and maintain within their area of responsibility and accountability, compliance to all Client Health & Safety, Security, Environment and Quality policies, manuals, procedures, laws, regulations and standards • Actively contribute and participate in Client Health & Safety, Security, Environment and Quality consultations, training and initiatives • Perform other job-related duties as assigned المهارات Education & Professional Qualification: - Bachelor’s Degree Professional Experience: - Minimum of 8 years experience in a Sales/ Supply Chain/ Logistics/ 3PL position Geographic Experience: - GCC preferable Computer Skills: - MS Office Language Skills: - Excellent command of English and Arabic Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: - Sales/ Supply Chain/ Logistics/ 3PL knowledge تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/sales-manager-heavy-industry-4397435/ |
