Planning staffing requirements for the proper development of the site works along with the HR Manager.
Coordinate the recruitment needs of the company.
Perform job confrontation with the profiles and the salary market rates.
Lead the entire selection process: design job description according to the needs, post the ads online, CV screening, personally interview the candidates, create reports of the interviews, salary negotiations and inductions process.
Validate candidates for a second technical-interview with the site management team.
Negotiate terms and conditions of the contract with every selected candidate in order to maintain the company standards using the market rates as reference.
Manage/coordinate the collection of all the required documentation prior to the joining, according to the local regulations.
Coordinate with the Facility team in order to ensure all the equipment/resources are prepared when a new staff joins.
Manage the reception of the new joiners providing any necessary equipment/material for their performance.
Make an initial presentation of the company to the new employees.
Keep track of new additions during the first few months to ensure the new joiners meet the expectations and pass the probationary period successfully.
Provide the pertaining job descriptions to the recruitment agencies.
Check the information of the workers selected by the recruitment agency for validation and complete the process until joining.

5 Years above experience as Recruitment Officer in a construction company.
Handled recruitment for blue and white collar posts.
Talent Boards / ATS / Excel Reporting Tools.
