1- Job Description

1. Design development, specifications, production of drawings, illustrations, construction supervision, quality & time control, costing, budgeting, project management, reporting.

2.Work on developing the space to be useful for guests and employees on site.

-Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical and partition layouts

-Supervising quality finishing such as wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures

-Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs

-Oversee the installation of the design elements

-Oversee construction and coordinate with general building contractors to implement the plans and specifications for the project

3. Develop, manage & operate lab with aim of revitalizing traditional techniques.

4. Promote, market and respond to client needs for architecture, interior, and construction requirements.

المهارات
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in design engineering, engineering, product design, or relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Accurate and strong attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and popular design software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
