الوصف الوظيفي Job Location: Qatar 4+ years of relevant experience is needed Own visa or Transferable w/ NOC Immediate joining & locally available (Qatar) المهارات * Bachelor’s degree in any relevant Engineering or Architectural field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience and background in modeling, data management, and knowledge of best practices in BIM. * Proven ability to lead a Team of BIM Coordinators and Modelers as well as supporting staff members already working in these platforms with project-related issues and process questions. * Minimum of 5 years broad experience in design, drafting, and BIM management on large-scale projects. * Mandatory proficiency on Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD Civil 3D BIM authoring tools. * Mandatory proficiency on Autodesk Navisworks Manage. * Mandatory proficiency on BIM360 Environment. * Mandatory proficiency on Dynamo or Grasshopper scripting tools. * Extensive knowledge of BS 8536, PAS 1192, ISO 19650. * Strong knowledge of COBie implementation/delivery and 4D to 7D deliverables at LOD 300 & 400. * Experience working within a multi-national working environment would be beneficial. * Excellent English communication and presentation skills. * Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/bim-engineer-4357514/ |
