-To conduct market intelligence and research, and Partake in the formulation of the company’s sales strategy & plans, and actively participate in its implementation through identifying prospects/opportunities and converting them into active customers, and/or developing business with existing customers, consistently achieving sales targets including, but not limited to, sales volume, margins, and collections.
Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales activity of our freight forwarding division.
Develop relationships with customers and recommend solutions. New leads may be generated through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals.
Meet sales revenue targets.
Maintain pipeline and opportunities in CRM (As agreed)
Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
Accountabilities:
· Achievement of assigned sales targets.
· Response time towards customer queries.
· Conversion rate for quotations to orders.
· Timely completion of the assigned task(s) and productivity targets.
· Accuracy and comprehensiveness of the ERP data inputs within the assigned area(s) of responsibility.
· Accuracy of all prepared reports in the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
· Effective closure of Non Conformances and complaints.
· Maintain cash flow by ensuring due amounts are cleared by customers on a timely manner as per agreement
المهارات
· Fluent in English. Arabic is beneficial
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Experience in deploying and utilizing Integrated ERP Systems (SAP is preferred)
· Diplomatic and presentable
· Strong numerical and analytical skills
· Effective communication and presentation skills.
· Tactful influencing and negotiation skills
· Attention to details.
· Ability to work under pressure.
