Responsible for managing the distribution of the dealership/distributorship spare parts and accessories via channels i.e. Main Workshop, Over the Counter, Thru Spare Parts Outlets, Dependent/Independent Resellers/Dealers/Buyers/Garages/Workshops/Body Shops and others, via Tenders, Campaigns, Specials, Bulk Sales to Fleets/Credit Customers, Internal, and continuously provide pro-active & timely feedback & reports to the General Manager.
Ensure that the parts sales achieve budget objectives by continual examination of accounts, operating controls and composites figures to allow the necessary improvements and corrective actions to be taken where variations occur, to achieve parts sales gross profit and ensure parts inventory control according to dealer standards as well as in compliance with the Company Policy, Procedure and Guidelines.
Optimize/Monitor/Control/Protect the Company Parts & Accessories Inventory Asset in the most effective & efficient manner in order to meet the stock turnover and availability targets that are assigned to the department with the relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Continually investigate and assess the local parts market, develop methods of improving the level of market penetration and perform continuous parts pricing, marketing and account management in order to increase the market share.
Prepare the parts department annual revenue and expenses budget thru Annual Operational Plan and continuously monitor the parts department financial performance.
Maintain effective control of expenses in line with budget objectives and review all pricing policies, labor rates, fleet discounts and parts pricing and monitor parts department productive performance daily.
Ensure all clerical functions within the parts department are carried out in accordance with company policies and review all departmental activities and reporting system and maintain good liaison with other departments and direct liaison with manufacturers, suppliers, statutory representatives and all other contacts.
Establish the levels of staff required to achieve the budget targets and ensure that training standards are fully maintained so that future manpower requirements are covered.
Improve the quality of customer service and retention by ensuring that priority is given to meet the customer requirements and handle customer concerns/complaints with the best care and resolve the issues satisfactorily to ensure that target CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) is met/exceeded as per KPI`s.
Ensure at all times Company`s Occupational Health and Safety Standards are well established and met in the department and monitor the compliance with OH&S;by providing proactive & timely feedback/report to the After Sales Management.

B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering / Automotive Business Management
Courses or certificates in parts sales and inventory control management
MS Office and SAP/IT familiarization
Understand basic automotive systems and technicalities
