الوصف الوظيفي SUMMARY DESCRIPTION Under laboratory managers direction, performs chemical, biological (plus microbiology), and physical tests in support of the wastewater treatment plant; analyzes and records test results; and assists with a variety of special laboratory projects. المهارات Any combination of training, education, and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or closely related field. EXPERIENCE 3 years’ full-time employment in a professional-level waste water laboratory. Experience in microbiological laboratory is an asset. Experience in Qatar or Middle East Countries. KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIY OF Laboratory techniques, equipment, terminology and procedures. Principles and practices of qualitative and quantitative chemistry, biology and bacteriology. Principles of chemical, biological and physical analysis. Handle all physical requirements, including eyesight, sufficient to permit extended microscopic work and normal colour perception. Mathematical calculations used in chemical analyses. Proper sample collection procedures and techniques. Modern laboratory procedures, methods and computer equipment. Standard Operations Procedures in wastewater laboratory. Principles and procedures of record keeping. Occupational hazards and standard safety practices. Knowledge of Qatari laws, codes and regulations. AGE Preferable 30 to 38 years. LANGUAGE: Fluent in English (Advance) speak PERSONALITIY: Able to work as a team with people from different countries and cultures. Able to work in different shifts. Proactive.
