Role Purpose:
Reporting to the CHRO, you will develop, gain agreement to and manage the operation and implementation of processes for Recruitment policies, strategies, procedures and related activities to ensure vacancies are filled in an effective and timely manner to ensure that in short, medium and longer-term Vodafone Qatar is equipped with the Human Resources to realize its business plans and strategies and manage the process of nationalization to maximize the percentage of nationals performing effectively in the organization while ensuring that duties are performed to a satisfactory standard within Vodafone Qatar.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or relevant discipline from a reputable university.
CIPD certification is preferred.
