Role Purpose As part of a group function, this role manages account payables, periodical invoicing to the customers in coordination with technical/commercial in the organisation. Ensure the accuracy, completeness of accounting in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Support new Initiatives in Accounts Finance Systems- as CEO/CFO/MD-Policy, Systems, Processes. 3. Key Responsibilities and Result Areas • Responsible to review supplier invoices, charge expenses to accounts and cost centres by analysing goods/services received; • Perform Validation checks in Control checklist; • Reconciling vendors ledger, maintaining tracking sheets of vendors and recording entries in the system; • Prepare weekly reports for the purpose of payment planning and measuring the utilization of funds contributed by shareholders; • Coordinate Finance and Procurement systems for completion of Checks and balances and follow on complete documentation for Processing; • Ensures overall coordination and contributes to specific tasks requested by CEO, CFO and MD; • Policy revisions-Reviewed HR policy with HR Team, and the Procurement Policy with SMT and Procurement Team; • Revision of the Corporate Governance Framework of GBI, which is still under draft stage awaiting further revisions and sign-off; • Support CRM implementation & integration initiatives. المهارات • Graduate (or equivalent) in Accounts /business/economics or semi qualified CA/CPA/ICWA /MBA equivalent. • Should have sound knowledge of IFRS. • Submarine cable/Networking industry experience essential. 5.Minimum Experience: • At least 3-5 years accounting experience.
