looking for a well-experienced Senior Interior Design & Fit-Out Drafting and Detailing Supervisor to join our Interiors Department.
The ideal candidate should be able to Supervise and provide layouts, general arrangements, and detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD & Solid Works in accordance with the timeline, quality, assurance standards, and project specifications.
Main Responsibilities:
Supervising the drafts and detailing section.
Checking, reviewing, correcting, evaluating, and supervising the technical drafting and drawings of the team.
Fine-tune and modify plans to suit the needs of manufacturers and architects
Work as interior design and architectural, drafter
Preparing and plot interior design and architectural detail drawings.
Preparing specifications based on technical knowledge, given information and/or sketch drawings.
Preparing specifications for all details and fit-out aspects.
Preparing tender, construction, as-built & shop drawings for architectural and interior design drawings.
Producing documentation packages.
Producing fully coordinated and accurate sets of drawings.
المهارات
10 years experience in preparation of shop-drawings working details for Interior Design.
Diploma Holder.
Extensive experience with interior design detailed drawings.
Extensive experience in material and drafting specifications.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Extensive experience in AutoCAD, Revit (Adobe PhotoShop is an added value).
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure.
