Direct Sales Executive will be a part of our SME & SOHO team within the Enterprise Business Unit. You will be responsible to drive sales and acquire new clients in an industry vertical, own end-to-end client relationships and identify the clients’ needs to provide suitable solutions. It is key that you evaluate and adapt new strategies to keep up with current business trends. You will work with virtual teams and the role requires being on the road working with clients 80% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain business relationship with existing enterprise business clients and retain the revenue base without any revenue loss
Upsell / Cross Sell our products & services in order to enhance the monthly revenue
Handling customer complaints with high ownership and coordinate with Business care to resolve the reported issues
Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with all decision makers / Senior management internally and externally
Plan and execute customer engagement programs
Coordinate with internal team to best cater to the client’s needs

Apply if you have…
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree
At Least 2 years of Sales / Customer service field experience out of which 1 year in the telecom or any related service sector
Commercial & Results- Oriented mindset
Excellent Interpersonal and communication Skills
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving
