In this role you will be responsible to manage the deployment of network quality monitoring solutions and test acceptance. You will use data analytics with the support of existing network quality tools and available data feeds in order to setup ideal practice for an E2E network quality view and trigger proactive actions to solve/avoid potential performance issue and customer experience problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage E2E solution deployment
Define right metrics, thresholds and methodologies to measure customer network experience, maximizing the usage of existing tools
Identify the impact and the affected customers of any network incidents/degradation
Initiate and coordinate service improvement plans in order to meet all quality targets and improved end services for our customers
Analyzing data from multiple network domain (RAN, Core, IP, TX) and spot correlated KQI Network
المهارات
Apply if you have..
Bachelor of engineering in Telecommunication/ Electronics and communication
At least 5 Years of Experience in similar role/profile
Good technical network knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G network end to end (RAN and Core) both CS and PS and analysis of trace flow, 5G and Fixed network will be a plus
Good Data analytics skills, ability to coordinate information, KPIs and metrics with different departments internally
Experience in measuring E2E service quality for mobile networks and Customer Experience using tools
Good skills on programming language such as Python
Good project management skills
