The ideal candidate should be experienced and skilled in selling of Racing and Performance modification parts for cars. Daily duties will include receiving parts into stock, booking of parts to workshop jobs, maintaining stock levels and dealing with retail customers.
Knowledge of vehicle layout, parts catalogs and computer stock lists would be an advantage. You will ensure our pricing structures are kept up-to-date and that stock control is always secure and well maintained. You will be the first point of contact both face to face and over the telephone and will be expected to provide excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish,
Promoting sales of specialized parts for racing vehicles,
Introducing, advising about vehicle / cars upgrading parts to the customers to promote sales,
Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts,
Answer phone calls; provide price quotes and other information to customers,
Provide high-level service to both internal and external customers,
Pull/fill orders from stock and ensure accuracy of stock,
Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessary,
Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order,
Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization,
المهارات
Minimum 3 years previous experience in a parts department
Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with the customer and to interpret customer needs
Accuracy and attention to detail
