Employee Relations Specialist

The position is for a Public Sector Shipping/Oil company in Qatar.

The position is reporting to Head of Employee Relations.

One Employee Relations Supervisor and two Employee Relations Assistants will be reporting to this position.

Its a permanent position.

المهارات
12+ Years of relevant experience with a reputed organization.

Education: Graduate.

Knowledge in Arabic will be an added advantage.

Previous experience with Shipping/Oil industry preferable.

Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
