Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Confirm program objectives and specifications by testing new applications, comparing applications with established standard and making modifications
Improve existing applications by reviewing objectives and specifications, evaluating proposed changes, recommending changes and making modification
Deliver functional and user acceptance testing
Involve in user training / presentations
Prepare user manuals for end users
Perform software quality assurance
Provide user support on In-House applications & other business applications
Define reporting and alerting requirements
Setting up Backup and recovery plans
Contribute in project planning activities for the development of the system
Constantly on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Provide progress reports & update to the management
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree
With at least 5 years of experience in the related field
Knowledge on Software development with C#, Microsoft SharePoint, .NET & Database
Knowledge in reporting Technologies (SSRS, Crystal Report) and software life cycles
Ability to conduct research into software solutions and delivery concepts, as well as technical applications issues
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
