الوصف الوظيفي · Establish contingency plans with the government authorities in preparation for any outbreak in the supply chain of food and beverages across all catering companies and non-core F&B;outlets · Coordinate with the catering department in ensuring full support and assistance are given to the catering contractors from the planning to operations and decommissioning phases · Work with the correct authorities on every government related documentations and requirements that would support the catering contractors · Identify and report issues and risks on supply chain and logistics aspects · Develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures · Prepares progress reports during the planning process and identify and mitigate risks · Prepares post-event report with emphasis on the lessons learned المهارات · Ability to work well under pressure · Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills · Should be detail oriented and a good organizer. · Team player and able to foster a cooperative work environment. · Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control. · Computer literate; proficient in Windows-based programs. · Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work within strictly defined deadlines · Ability to work both alone or as a member of a cross-functional project team with minimal supervision. · Great Attention to detail · Good use of initiative and common sense · Excellent organization skills and detail oriented · High standard of personal cleanliness and appearance · Great time management skills Minimum 4 years of experience working in a government entity.
