Adept tech is a professional company in the field of CCTV security systems, structured cabling, Access control and other ELV sectors, based in Doha, Qatar. The main expertise are project contracting and product trading. Currently, we have one job vacancy for the position of “Senior Accountant”.
المهارات
Candidates need to have the following expertise and qualifications:
1- Having a degree in accounting with at least 10 years of experience.
2- Having experience and knowledge of “Project accounting” or “Project costing” in a contracting company environment. The applicant need to control and monitor project expenditures, status and preparing billing/ invoice as per contract agreement
3- Be able to create financial and MIS reporting to management.
4- Supporting all areas of responsibility from finalization up to year end audit
5- Handle payroll via WPS system of Qatar
6- Having experience in Odoo ERP is a plus.
7- Able to Verify and check the payments made by customers by cheques, cash and fund transfer and to follow up with clients for over due payments.
8- Monitoring daily transaction in sales for both Trading & Projects and managing the account procedure in the group between different teams for an smooth accounting procedure.
9- Maintain all general accounts such AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Collections, Accruals , Intercompany Account, Loan
10- Holding full expertise in Excel software
11- Be goal oriented, patient, teamworker and having logical ability for problem solving.
12- Strong organizational skills, management and ability to multitask.
13- Preparing reports for management on a regularly basis
