Developing social media content strategies for the different brands aligned with the overall business and marketing objectives
Supervising the implementation of the social media campaigns
Supervising the performance of the social pages across platform, and making sure best practices are being implemented
Supervising the monthly content calendars
Recommending the social media boosting budgets
Community
Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with overall business and marketing objectives
Creating social media content
Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
Developing a social media/digital library per brand
Monthly reporting
Sales and Account Management
Developing activation ideas, creative concepts to fulfill the overall business and Marketing objectives of his brands
In charge of all the communication and collaterals related to his portfolio of brands (outlet collaterals, POS material, media, PR, social media, social media influencers etc.)
Art Direction and Graphic Design
Creating brand identities for new outlets or initiatives• Assisting in developing the interface for websites, mobile apps
Assist the art director in developing restaurant branding and POS material
Developing brochures, booklets, profiles for the different outlets
Designing and resizing their social media posts
Makes sure sizes and specifications are respected
Keeps track of all the final files and archives them in the most efficient manner
Assist in the creative development
