The Company
Well established repair and overhaul facility.
The business is focused on pumps and motors, with a large installed fleet in Qatar.
The Job
Full management of the Motors & Pumps Workshop.
Full management of the various department and associated department heads.
Ensuring all activities are compliant with the relevant codes and accreditations (ISO, API, Etc..).
Maximise the efficiency and performance of the workshop. Overseeing training and development needs of new staff.
المهارات
The Candidate
Time served / Degree qualified Mechanical Engineer with 15+ years experience in the repair and overhaul of pumps and motors.
Proven experience as a Workshop Manager in the Middle East.
Salary is negotiable on skills and experience.
